Cincinnati, OH (7M7AP): The Cincinati Chili's number one starter, Michael Pedersen, was named Pitcher of the Week for week two of the young 7Mickey7 season. In 25 innings of work, Pedersen was 4-0 in four appearances and gave up seven runs while striking out 25 batters. Pedersen walked only five batters in that span.

"There's a reason why Pedy is our number one starter," Chili bench coach Aaron Carver said. "He proved it last week."

The Chili are hosting the Norfolk Southern (23-20) for a three-game set before taking a day off.
